Classes Offered at Sheppard Method Pilates
At Sheppard Method Pilates, our goal is to root every one of our classes in the classical Pilates method passed down from Joseph Pilates. For this reason, every class seeks to deepen the mind, body, spirit connection that we believe is essential to a comprehensive practice. At our studio, you can choose from a variety of classes, including:

Please note, some classes may not be suitable for first-time Pilates clients, those recovering from chronic injury or surgery less than six weeks, or those pregnant over 20 weeks. For this reason, we suggest that every newcomer signs up for a beginner class before progressing to more advanced classes—but as always, we leave the decision-making to you.
