I followed the 4 workshops held by Risa Sheppard at World Pilates. It was a fantastic weekend, a full immersion in what Pilates is in its most holistic part. Risa is an exceptional woman, not only on a professional level but also on a human one. Not least was her assistant Sarah Miller, very nice and cheerful! A very positive credit obviously also goes to World Pilates and to Luana and Antonio who organized everything in the best way--with precision and a lot of hospitality--qualities that characterize them!
