The Bridge Program at Sheppard Method Pilates

Additional Training for Certified Pilates Instructors

Are you ready to raise your level of teaching in the studio? Our Pilates certification team is proud to announce The Bridge Program at Sheppard Method Pilates. Through this program, certified Pilates instructors can transform and rejuvenate their teaching! By expanding your knowledge and rounding out your repertoire with Risa Sheppard’s methods and Janine Venable-deZarn’s study of Anatomy, your students’ training will rise to entire new levels, and you’ll reap the benefits of an endless number of new techniques.

Are you a certified Pilates teacher who is ready to take your teaching to a new level? Our Pilates Bridge Program is just what you need!

How Does The Bridge Program Work?

The Bridge Program at Sheppard Method Pilates is ideal for Pilates teachers from other Pilates lineages and schools that also meet Pilates Method Alliance’s Recommended Minimum Standards for Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training.

Teacher trainers will have the option to join our Pilates Certification Group Training sessions and Anatomy lessons, or they may enroll in the Mentorship Program (one-on-one with Risa Sheppard) to complete The Bridge Program. In addition, The Bridge Program includes a separate training section that will help them incorporate the Sheppard work into their already established work.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT TIMELINES OF THE BRIDGE PROGRAM?

We offer three flexible timeline options, depending on your goals and the level of depth you'd like to achieve in the Bridge Program:

  • 5 Weeks
  • 10 Weeks
  • 20 Weeks
