What Does a Pilates Instructor Do?

A Pilates instructor does more than lead workouts. You guide clients through movements that improve strength, flexibility, and body awareness. You’ll teach core engagement, posture, and breath control. Your goal is to help clients reach their fitness and wellness goals.

Instructors work with both groups and individuals. You may help clients recover from injuries, enhance performance, or improve posture. As an instructor, you’ll inspire, educate, and support each person’s journey.
