Sue’s love for Pilates started in 2019 when she took a reformer class on a whim. She loved the mind-body connection and need for focus- something that she hadn’t found since her rock climbing days. She decided to turn that hobby into a career and became comprehensively certified through Sheppard Method Pilates.
Borrowing from her 20 plus years as a video editor, she has adapted her keen eye for detail, rhythm, and flow to the core principles of Pilates, helping clients build strength, improve alignment, and create a healthier narrative for their bodies and mind.
